One of our clients started an S/4HANA feasibility study for an implementation of all their current SAP ECC modules. Their explicit ambition is to uniform and standardise by applying SAP Best Practices as much as possible.
Discover and prepare for S/4HANA
Qrcus has managed a pre-study to create the scope of work for an S/4HANA study. This study has led to the following approach:
Understand the technical implications of the SAP landscape. This information is gathered via interviews with IT employees and by executing the SAP readiness check.
Roadmap transformation / migration strategy & target architecture is created based on
interviews with IT employees and the information from the readiness check.
Understand the business pain points and motivations. The relevant processes are analysed via workshops together with business process owners and the subject matter expert.
S/4HANA | system conversion, the impact visualized
Together with an IT partner, Qrcus is executing a study to investigate the impact of a system conversion for a client. Our approach is to firstly execute a system migration in a sandbox system, based on a recent copy of the production system. Via this pre-migration we can update our preliminary implementation plan for the system conversion and provide the client with a more solid insight in the impact of the migration to S/4HANA. Qrcus is responsible for the finance related processes within the study.
