Finance | SAP Pro-Rata functionality, one way of working

Qrcus implemented the entire VAT administration in Zuyderland Medical Center’s SAP system and also activated and set up the SAP Pro Rata functionality. This module makes it possible to integrally support both VAT-liable and VAT-exempt activities in one method. Another advantage is that the SAP Pro-Rata module applies the Pro-Rata percentage automatically and recalculates it after a period has ended. This method saves a lot of time and contributes to a transparent and full VAT administration. In addition, the VAT declaration to the Tax Authorities is now done fully automated from the SAP system.

S/4HANA | feasibility study

One of our clients started an S/4HANA feasibility study for an implementation of all their current SAP ECC modules. Their explicit ambition is to uniform and standardise by applying SAP Best Practices as much as possible.

Treasury | S/4HANA-implemented

Qrcus Qrcus supported Vitens to migrate their Treasury activities from SAP ECC environments towards a single S/4HANA environment. The goal was to implement to the latest standards and fully integrating this project with the total S/4HANA implementation. We used the SAP Activate approach and SAP Best Practices to benefit from standardisation. After cleaning and harmonisation (Business Partner Integration), master data were being transported from the existing systems. We took care of an end-to end integration with the overall Vitens S/4HANA project and arranged knowledge transfer to their Treasury experts.
